The official AI TestList websites are aitestlist.com and aitestlist.ca. Any other website claiming to be AI TestList is not affiliated with our company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI TestList, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AI TestList is a test management and project tracking application. The service allows you to:

• Create and manage projects
• Create and track tests
• Manage tasks
• Collaborate as a team

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities carried out under your account

4. Plans and Payments

AI TestList offers different subscription plans:

• Free Plan : Limited access to basic features, no teams, no AI execution
• Pro Plan : All features including AI execution, with plan limits
• Enterprise Plan : All features for large teams, with generous limits
• Enterprise+ Plan : All features without any limitation

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.

You have 14 days after your first payment to request a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be granted. For more details, see our refund policy.

5. AI Usage Limits

AI-powered features (test generation, execution) are available on paid plans only and require an active Claude subscription (Pro, Max 5, or Max 20) from Anthropic. AI TestList integrates with Claude Code via a plugin installed on your machine. AI TestList does not access or manage your Claude account in any way.

You are solely responsible for your Claude subscription and any associated costs. Usage limits vary by plan and include restrictions on the number of projects, tests, tasks, and team members.

6. Excessive Usage

We reserve the right to suspend or limit access to AI-powered features in cases of excessive or abusive usage that significantly exceeds normal usage patterns for your subscription tier.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Disrupt or overload our servers
• Collect information about other users without their consent

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create in the application. However, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as part of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
